Bioventus
Bioventus, a $600M surgical solutions company, based in Raleigh, NC, asked me to evaluate $100M of indirect spend. I was tasked with building spend transparency, identifying savings, and improving cash flow. I developed a spend cube, prioritized 3-4 high-impact initiatives, and led supplier-engagement efforts to reset terms and unlock value.
As a result, we uncovered $14M in opportunities and captured $7M, while improving DPO from 27 to 57 days and strengthening the procurement team’s capabilities.
Global manufacturing services provider
I partnered with a global manufacturing services provider to identify new business development pathways and expand their access to high-growth medical device and life-sciences markets. I assessed their current portfolio, analyzed customer needs across multiple product categories, and mapped where their capabilities could unlock higher-margin opportunities. This work clarified their strategic positioning, highlighted immediate market-entry plays, and equipped their commercial team with a targeted pan to win new accounts and grow share in priority segments.

A fast-growing, multi-billion-dollar medical device manufacturer brought me in to address rising supply-chain risk and the need to scale production.
I built a full Third-Party Risk Management framework, developed a multi-tier supply-risk map, and led a capacity-verification program across critical suppliers. The work revealed hidden bottlenecks and single-points-of-failure, strengthened governance, and enabled the organization to scale confidently toward 200M+ units with greater supply assurance.
